-Customer Letter to Open Range-
We desire
to Thank You for the quality you have put into the Open Range. We have
commented in the past with our satisfaction with your product. We are now full timing in Central Oregon
while we decide where we elect to settle buy a home, however we are very
content with our 337 RLS 2009 purchased 18 months ago. We are in ZERO degree
weather here and the Open Range functions extremely well. Only issue encountered
is that I did not wrap my sewer hose and it has froze, however everything else
with our 337 RLS is trouble free. Before my 2 year warranty expires next July,
I do require to have the bulb seal around the door side slide replaced as mine
is deteriorating prematurely and the trim seal on the door side has shrunk about
2 inches. Can I order the bulb seal from the factory and replace it myself? I
previously directed a RV service and parts center and am familiar wwith the
installation. The intent of this e-mail is for potential Open Range buyers to
understand there are other products available however if you want a 5th
wheel that meets your needs and expectations look no further than Randy’s Open

That is because our 100-inch wide-body chassis, along with slide-outs 6" deeper than most, create extra living space in each and every floor plan, regardless of length.
