Dear Mr. Miller,
It has been almost one year since you facilitated the sale of my troubled 2006 Ventana 3933 and the purchase of my new 2008 Ventana 3933 through Coachlight RV in Carthage, Mo.
I wanted to take a few moments to thank you once again for your excellent handling of the transaction.
My new Ventana has been absolutely terrific and I have enjoyed many miles and months of trouble free RV'ing... thank you, thank you!
I would also like to once again recognize your Mr. Klotz who handled the majority of the Newmar coordination, trade-in assistance and introduction to Marty and Doug Lown at Coachlight RV...an absolutly wonderful dealer that I can't say enough good things about. I really wish we had a dealer like thim in Southern California...what a difference that would make.
In previous correspondence I had talked about Newmar's Guiding Principles - Courtesy, Fairness, honesty, Integrity, Morality, Reasonableness and Reliability.
I am once again convinced that you and your staff believe in them and that they were not just words written down to impress the outside world.

Story: We have purchased two units from Coachlight and found them to be an outstanding company to deal with and their service is just great with a great staff. Prior to these two units we always had to return to the factory to get quality service. We no longer need to return to the factory, as the service at Coachlight is equal to factory service. Plus, you don't need to be out of your unit at 6 AM and have it disappear until 3 PM. The Coachlight RV Park is an outstanding facility with great sites, full hook-ups and free WiFi.
